Quick Lane

I brought my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix to your center. My brake warning lights were going off in my car and I asked for your team to check it out. This was about 6:15 pm. After looking at my car, Cory came out and shared that I had several issues going on with my car that really needed to be addressed. After a thorough explanation, I asked for an estimate. Ali was able to provide me with a thorough estimate and we agreed upon on what to proceed with. Over the next two and a half hours 4 members of your team worked diligently on my car. They never complained about staying late, were very courteous and kept checking to see if I needed anything. I was able to leave about 8:45 pm with a car that functioned much better and safer than when I arrived. With the seriousness of the issues with my car, and the fact that I was supposed to be driving to a 2 day meeting in Evansville, I could of been in danger due to the state my car was in. These fine young gentlemen took their time and made sure my car was safe to drive. I can not thank them enough. Ali, Cory, Mark and Loiren were great. It is unusual today to find 4 young gentleman who are courteous, helpful and willing to provide the utmost in service. I can not thank them enough for what they did last night. I have been bringing my car to Quick Lane for some time now, and I will continue in the future, and I look forward to seeing and having these gentleman work on my car again. Great job Ali, Cory, Mark and Loiren!!
